At Saunders & Pughe we would like you to feel safe and comfortable when you visit our shop. We have put the following protective measures in place. We are limiting the number of customers in our shop to 6, If possible shop alone.

• At the entrance please use the hand sanitiser provided. Face masks are to be worn at all times. 
• There is a clockwise one-way system. please follow the floor signs and respect social distancing rules.
• We have measures in place to ensure all jewellery, ring sizers, counters and payment terminals are disinfected between customers.
• Repairs and quick sales will be processed at the counter where we have  protective barrier screens.
• We have a separate consultancy area to try on jewellery and discuss your requirements.
• We are operating an appointments system for all orders, this is suitable for bespoke commissions, wedding and engagement rings and valuations. please email [email protected] or phone 01434 633302 to book.
• For customers who are unable to visit, shielding or isolating please contact the shop and we will be happy to help you.
